On Saturday, the cross-country team traveled to Penn State's Blue and White Golf Courses to participate in one of the largest tournaments of the year. Not only was the tournament one of the largest, it also had some of the best competition in the country, making for a tough weekend for every squad. The lineup included the defending NCAA Champion Villanova, a team that ran four All-Americans from last year on Saturday.
It didn't take long for freshman wrestler Andrew Schutt to make his mark.
After a convincing 3-0 win against Canisius on Tuesday, the women's volleyball team reached 15 wins for the year, the team's highest win total since 1997. The recent success can be attributed to many factors, but the development of one player has been instrumental in the improvement.
