In all four of the leagues I'm in, people think fantasy is a sport. It's not. Fantasy is an art. We're not athletes.
This is the time of year for a lot of fowl play. It's the time of year turkeys are being put up everywhere outside of homes.
If you ask any old person, they will tell you learning to let go is one of the hardest things. When you look back on your life, what are you going to remember most? That's right: Your prime fantasy season.

Some would say the cold and rainy weather on Saturday called for a day inside, sipping coffee and wearing fuzzy socks. A cross country runner would say otherwise. The cross country teams took to the mud Saturday, as they hosted the 2012 Mid-American Conference Championships at Beaver Island State Park in local Grand Island.
There seems to be a lot of old people these days. And it's not like they are keeping to themselves, either - they feel the need to infiltrate the NFL.
I've got real problems. Lately, people have been coming to me complaining about their tests, girlfriend problems or how I ate the last chicken patty in the freezer (sorry, Steve). But I have bigger problems this week.
Sometimes fantasy players are like your new workout program or a new girlfriend. You tried it out for a little bit, but who are you kidding?
