Morgan Arnett is one of ten new MFA students in the Department of Art this semester. Her work, displayed during one of the Center for the Arts' opening exhibitions, deals with the inner state of human beings as well as feminism and the biology of the body.
Skinnersville Cemetery, located on Frontier Road near Lake LaSalle, contains the remains of those who have donated their bodies to help the university conduct anatomical studies.
This past Thursday, Irving Feldman (pictured) returned to Buffalo to read his poetry at the Anderson Art Gallery. The artist, a former UB english department professor well-known for fostering creativity amongst his students, read his poetry and talked about the changing attitude towards arts and poetry.
