The Bulls hosted the Chippewas on Thursday night in what became the closest game of the week, ending three sets to two in favor of Buffalo. The two teams traded sets until the fifth set, when the Bulls topped the Chippewas 15-11.
It was a memorable night for senior outside hitter Katrin Trebichavska, who reached a career high of 27 kills. Junior setter Mandy Leigh also had a night, as she recorded a season-high 57 assists. Both Bulls proved crucial in Thursday night’s victory.
