UB football claimed victory over Toledo at UB Stadium on Saturday afternoon. This 30-15 win improved their overall record to 4-2 and 2-0 in Mid-American Conference play. Al-Jay Henderson led the Bulls with a career-high 142 yards on 18 carries, linebacker duo Shaun Dolac and Red Murdock with 15 and 11 tackles, and quarterback C.J. Ogbonna who accounted for three touchdowns. The Bulls host Western Michigan (3-3, 2-0 MAC) for homecoming next Saturday, with a kick-off set for 3:30 p.m.

During a weekend of school spirit and community pride at UB, the women’s volleyball team dominated Kent State during their doubleheader. The Bulls won both matchups on Oct. 4 and 5 with consecutive 3-0 victories. The team locked from pre-game warmups to a victorious end. Throughout the game, energy remained high as the crowd cheered. Victor E. Bull rallied on the sidelines while taking selfies and fist-bumping fans. It was a cheerful celebration weekend for the community.
