24-year-old UB student Sujiewan Satgunaraja was arrested last Thursday, Feb. 18, for forcibly touching two female shoppers at a Walmart, according to a press release Amherst Police issued yesterday afternoon.

Both women reported that Satgunaraja splashed Elmer’s glue on their back, buttocks and legs, subsequently groping their buttocks and “sensitive areas” while wiping the glue off.

Satgunaraja was charged with two counts of forcible touching, a misdemeanor.

A UB spokesperson said “generally speaking,” students who violate the university’s Student Code of Conduct are subject to a variety of sanctions, but that the university cannot confirm or comment on disciplinary actions due to federal privacy laws.
