Oozefest, UB’s annual mud volleyball tournament, will take place May 7, following the event’s cancellation in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19.

Students, faculty, staff and community members will have until April 13 to register in teams of six to eight and until April 20 to register as “free agents,” who will be randomly assigned to a team with other free agents. Volunteer registration closes on April 20.

Registration for one team costs $195. Each participant is guaranteed to play at least two games of tournament play and receive snacks, lunch and a T-shirt.

Teams will also have the opportunity to participate in an optional costume contest. The winning team will receive free registration for the 2023 tournament.

Players and volunteers can register on UB’s website
