This is in response to Erika Wiborg's column, "How Does Your Restaurant Behavior Measure Up?" on Oct. 4th. I thoroughly enjoyed her honest humor! It is often difficult to give wonderful service when people are disrespectful and impolite. It is a struggle. I too am a server at a "popular restaurant on Niagara Falls Boulevard" and can relate and empathize with her grievances. Let us hope that everyone will recall, not only when they are dining out but in their everyday encounters, the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have done unto you." I will look forward, with an open mind and no prejudices, to serving you in the future.
