Student Association Senator Leonard Vishnevsky's name was incorrectly spelled "Leonard Vistinesky" in the Sept. 25 issue as well as "Leon Vishnevsky" in the Sept. 30 issue of The Spectrum.
An article in the Sept. 30 issue of The Spectrum, "UB Welcomes Engineering Society," incorrectly stated that the organization's event "Break on Fatalities Day" will be held on Oct. 18. The event will be held on Oct. 10. Also, NSPE President Kannan Nagarajan's correct e-mail address is contour@froggernet.com.
A caption in the Sept. 27 issue of The Spectrum, "5K Run Keeps Memory, Awareness Alive," incorrectly stated that Linda Yalem was raped and murdered in 1986. The attack occurred in 1990.
A caption in the Sept. 30 issue of The Spectrum misspelled local artist Henry Schmidt's name as Henry Schmitt.
