Men's Soccer

The Bulls were shut out in a 3-0 loss at Bowling Green Sunday. Despite allowing three goals, Buffalo goalkeeper Brain Wozniak recorded a season-high seven saves - moving him to sixth all-time in career saves at UB. The Falcons scored two goals in the game's first four minutes then tacked on another midway through the second half. Bowling Green goalkeeper David DeGraff recorded his first shutout since defeating the Bulls last year in triple overtime (1-0) and got his first win of the season.

Buffalo's game Friday night at Wright State was canceled due to heavy rain.

The Bulls are now 3-5-1 on the year and 0-1-0 in the MAC. Bowling Green notched their first win of the season, they are 1-8-0, 1-0-0 in the conference.

Women's Soccer

Buffalo went 0-2 over the weekend in MAC play, losing at Ball State 2-1 Friday night, and falling at Miami (OH) Sunday afternoon 2-0.

Senior Megan Maul scored her first goal of the season in the loss at Ball State. Goalkeeper Emily Cox had seven saves. The Bulls were out-shot 21-11.

The Bulls were out-shot 16-7 in their loss at Miami and never attempted a corner kick. Goalkeeper Anna-Lesa Calvert made four saves. It was Miami's sixth shutout in their last seven games.

UB is now 2-4-4 overall and 2-3-1 in the MAC.
