3/18

SA elections will be held in the Student Union Lobby from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Valid student ID is needed to vote.




The Jewish Student Union will host its annual Chocolate Seder starting at 7:45 p.m. in 145B Student Union. The celebration will discuss the Passover holiday. The JSU asks that attendees bring a non-perishable food item with them.




The Sexuality Education Center will host "The Break Room" all day in the Student Union Theater. The event will discuss the risks involved when students do not act responsibly during spring break.

Admission is free. Food prizes and a DJ will be available at the event.




Career Planning and Placement will host "Health Related Career and Job Fair" from 12 to 3 p.m. in 105 Harriman Hall on the South Campus.

The fair will allow students the chance to meet with representatives from health-related fields and discuss career opportunities. Admission is free.




Off Campus Housing, a division of Sub-Board I, will host "Learning to Love Off-Campus" from 5 to 7 p.m. in 105 Harriman Hall. The seminar will discuss pros and cons of living off campus, paying bills, choosing a roommate, among others. Admission is free.

SA elections will be held in the Student Union Lobby from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Valid student ID is needed to vote.




Career Planning and Placement will host "All About Interviewing" from 3 to 4 p.m. in 250 Student Union. The presentation will discuss ways to make an interview go smoothly.




The Domestic Violence Task Force will host "Father Knows Best" at 7 p.m. in the Student Union Theater. The event will show the issues surrounding domestic violence. Tickets are $10 and are being sold at the Student Union Ticket Office.




The Student Programming Board will host "Single-To-Single Again" at 12:30 p.m. in the Student Union Social Hall.

The event will discuss how to get back on track after a relationship ends and how to cope with the new free time that is available. Admission is free.

The UB Counseling Center will host "Are You Stressed Out?" from 12 to 1 p.m. in 250 Student Union. The presentation will discuss ways to identify and take control of stress.




The Health Sciences Library will host "Blackboard 5.5: Introduction to UB Learns" from 10 a.m. to noon in the Health Sciences Library in Abbott Hall on the South Campus.

The Council on International Studies and the Office of the Vice Provost for International Education will host a lecture titled "The War on Terrorism and Its Impact on Civil Liberties" from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Student Union Theater. Admission to the lecture is free.




3/23

The Living Well Center will host the 2002 Solstice Celebration from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Center for Tomorrow. The event is an educational event centered on the spring equinox. Tickets are $20 in advance and $30 at the door.
